Most people think all soap is the same. Many are surprised to find out what they are using isn't soap at all. As your body's largest organ and first line of defense, what you use on your skin should be chosen carefully. If you have never tried a natural soap, you are in for a big surprise!
We make our soap in small batches using the same tried and true process as our ancestors. We use high-quality, natural vegetable oils in precise amounts mixed with lye and water to create the soap base. It is then lightly scented, poured, cut, and cured for weeks.
Our handmade Everyday Bar Soap isn’t flashy, but soap doesn't have to be. Get the job done while leaving your skin clean and nourished. Gentle enough to be used every day, you’ll love it as part of your routine. This bar will deliver thick, bubbly lather for weeks. Glycerin, a by-product of natural soap, literally pulls moisture to your skin and seals it in. All the while, natural oils in the soap deliver vitamins and amino acids your skin needs to stay looking great!
Be sure to use a properly draining soap dish, or check out our Sisal Soap Saver and hang your bar out to dry between uses.
Note: During the curing process, soap loses a significant amount of weight due to moisture loss. After cured, soap can fluctuate in weight due to environmental conditions in which it is stored. The harder (dryer) a bar is, the longer it will last. This is why we generally package our soap in breathable packaging. After curing, our bars can weigh from 7 - 8 ounces.
Discontinue use if any irritation occurs. Remember, not all good things are good for all.
